The location was stunning, close to the gardens, fountain, fjord, and a great Italian Restaurant called La Pergola. the twin room was perfectly clean and bright with a fireplace, which I loved.

We got great value for our money with a cozy and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right by a beautiful lake and close to national parks. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at Walaker in Solvorn. Our purpose was to explore the beautiful surroundings and immerse ourselves in nature, and the hotel's location was perfect for that. With stunning views of the fjord and easy access to the ferry for a visit to the Stave Church, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The hotel itself was incredibly charming, with romantic and traditional public rooms that added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Dinner time at the Walaker was truly special, with excellent food and candlelight creating a lovely ambiance. We also enjoyed a number of nice hikes nearby, including a memorable 8 km hike to the top of mount Molden. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, with views that will leave you in awe. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail of your stay is taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with lovely views of the harbor. And the breakfast is a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault a thing.
